SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped upon being completed and will typically be
delivered within 3-5 business days depending on shipping method.
Expedited shipping and overnight will be available at an extra cost.

If there is an issue with your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible
as your satisfaction is important to us.
Each order is custom made to your specifications (colors, glass, design, etc.) and upon request a proof of the design will be sent to the email you provide. Orders received are typically processed within 3-4 business days and will be shipped upon completion. Holidays and more intricate designs may delay the processing time however you will be notified if there is a longer processing time involved.
We accept Visa & MasterCard. After you contact us for your custom order you will be mailed an invoice with the total of your order. Once the invoice is paid, your order will begin to process and will be shipped your way.
